CANADIAN SHIPPING
ATTIC offers insured priority shipping at a discounted rate. Depending on the shipping carrier, your shipment will arrive within 1-9 days shipping via Fedex Priority or Canada Post expedited service.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. To ensure safe delivery of your order, a signature will be required on delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O boxes.
It is highly recommended that you select FedEx shipping for higher value orders.
US SHIPPING
ATTIC offers insured shipping on all US orders. Depending on the shipping carrier, your shipment will arrive within 1-9 days plus customs processing time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. To ensure safe delivery of your package, a signature will be required on delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O boxes.

We strive to create well-crafted, elegant jewellery that you will love and wear for many years. If for any reason your new piece of jewellery does not meet your expectations, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If you are open to sharing it, we highly value our client's feedback and are always looking ways to improve.
Before shipping, please reach out for return instructions. On receiving your return, a full refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
ATTIC does not offer returns or exchanges on made to order jewellery, customized collection pieces (including special ordered or gold karats) bespoke custom jewellery projects or loose diamonds or sapphires.
Engagement Rings
ATTIC offers one complimentary engagement ring resizing within the first six months for an adjustment of one size up or down. Subsequent ring sizings are available for a quoted price. Ring resizing can take up to 3 weeks.
Wedding + Stacking Rings
ATTIC offers one complimentary wedding or stacking ring resizing within the first 30 days for an adjustment of one size up or down. Subsequent ring sizings are available for a quoted price. Ring resizing can take up to 3 weeks.
If you are unsure of your ring size, you can measure your ring size with our reusable Ring Sizer. It is complimentary and shipped to you free of charge.
Please note, that we do not offer resizing services for rings not made by ATTIC.
ATTIC offers machine/laser and hand-engraving on ATTIC jewellery.
Personalize the inside of your ring or reach out about more decorative hand-engraving options.
Some insurance companies require an appraisal in order to insure your higher valued jewellery.
If you are looking for an appraisal on your ATTIC jewellery, ATTIC offers third-party independent appraisals for $75.
Let us know when you are purchasing your jewellery and we will have your appraisal ready on delivery.
Depending on current volumes, we can, at times, expedite made-to-order jewellery beyond typical lead times.
Rush fees start at $100CAD (plus applicable taxes).
ATTIC jewellery is under warranty for one year. If your jewellery requires a repair after this first year, please contact us for a repair quote.
Regular cleanings, inspections and good care will extend the longevity of your jewellery. Follow our Jewellery Care Guide to learn how to protect, store, and clean your jewellery.
ATTIC offers repair services on ATTIC pieces only, and does not work on jewellery made by other jewellers. Repairs will be quoted following an in person inspection.

One of the things we love about fine jewellery is that it can be reimagined, redesigned and given new life.
Do you have a loose diamond or piece of jewellery that you would like to redesign? ATTIC accepts a limited number of heirloom diamond resetting projects a year, so feel free to reach out to discuss your ideas with our team. Please note that we no longer accept small diamond resetting or gemstone projects and only work with natural diamonds over 0.50ct.
Jewellery set with client gemstones is not covered by the ATTIC warranty and is only available to local clients.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
The first appointment is to discuss the design direction. Please note we do not typically show diamonds or gemstones at the first appointment.
DIAMOND/GEMSTONE SOURCING + VIEWING
If you would like to view diamonds or gemstones options, there is a $100 fee to view 2-3 options. If the project proceeds, the $100 sourcing fee will be credited towards your invoice.
SUBSEQUENT DIAMOND/GEMSTONE SOURCING + VIEWING
If a second stone viewing is required (2-3 stones) an additional fee of $100 will apply.
ESTIMATES
Estimates are valid for 14 days. Final price is subject to change if any changes or adjustments to the design are made.
SKETCHES + REVISIONS
Initial top view sketches will be provided to confirm design direction. Once deposit is received, 3D modelling of your jewellery will begin. One 3D model revision is included in the price of a custom project, however each additional revision may be subject to additional design fees.
DEPOSIT
50% deposit is required to hold a diamond or gemstone and to begin 3D modelling and production of your jewellery. By providing your deposit you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) or by e-transfer, bank deposit. Final payment is owing before order is shipped.
LEAD TIMES
Production time 6-10 weeks on final design approval.
RETURNS
Returns or refunds are not accepted for custom jewellery projects or customizations of ATTIC collection pieces.
OWNERSHIP
Attic Gold Ltd. retains ownership of all design concepts, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models.
Looking to recycle or reuse your old gold? ATTIC offers gold recycling services to local clients looking to recycle their old gold.
Please note, that we do not rework or reuse your gold in your new piece of jewellery, instead we will recycle your old gold on your behalf, through our gold refining partner.
Clients wishing to use the ATTIC’s gold recycling service must have their old gold jewellery inspected, weighed and tested at ATTIC’s Toronto studio, so this service is reserved for local clients only. Please reach out to arrange this appointment type.
Did you know that many ATTIC collection pieces are made from 100% recycled gold? We buy this recycled gold from the same refinery where your old gold and our gold scraps get recycled.
We pride ourselves in creating well-crafted, lasting jewellery. By following our Jewellery Care Guide, your jewellery should continue to look beautiful for years to come. In the event a piece needs a repair, ATTIC offers a one year manufacturing warranty which covers repairs, cleaning and replacement of small stones.
After the first 6 months of wear it is advised that you visit ATTIC to have your ring claws setting checked and your ring cleaned. Following the first six months, annual ring check ups and cleanings are highly recommended.

EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not cover stone chipping or trauma to jewellery caused by normal wear and tear. It is advised that clients acquire jewellery insurance to protect against damage due to normal wear, as well as centre stone loss etc.
Jeweller’s Mutual offers comprehensive jewellery insurance packages.
Warranty does not cover jewellery set with gemstones provided by the client. ATTIC works with professional gem-setters however, each time a gemstone is removed from a setting or set, there is a risk of injury to the gemstone. It is advised that clients acquire their own insurance to protect against damage, stone loss if etc.

Both are solid gold. 14k gold contains a higher proportion of alloy metals, making it slightly more durable for everyday wear. 18k gold has a richer colour due to its higher gold content. Many clients choose 14k for wedding bands and 18k for engagement rings or pieces worn less frequently.
Most designs are available in yellow, white, or rose gold. Yellow gold offers a warm, classic look; white gold has a cooler, modern feel; and rose gold provides a subtle blush tone. Many clients choose the colour that complements their personal style or pairs well with jewellery they already wear.
Natural diamonds are formed deep within the earth over millions of years under extreme heat and pressure. ATTIC works exclusively with natural diamonds that are responsibly sourced and selected for their beauty and individuality.
Canadian diamonds are natural diamonds mined in Canada under strict environmental and labour standards. They offer full mine-to-market traceability and often come with an authenticity certificate. ATTIC offers a curated selection of Unique and Classic Canadian diamonds.
ATTIC works exclusively with natural diamonds, including Canadian diamonds and responsibly sourced stones from trusted partners. Lab-grown diamonds are not offered.
Custom designs typically take 6–10 weeks from final design approval, depending on sourcing and complexity. Stone sourcing and viewings may add additional time.
ATTIC accepts select natural heirloom diamonds over 0.50 ct for redesign projects, subject to inspection and suitability.

Yes. Gold bands can be polished to restore shine, and matte or brushed finishes can be refreshed. Regular cleanings and inspections help maintain the appearance of your jewellery. We recommend not professionally polishing your ring too many times in its lifetime as each time it is polished you lose a bit of gold.
Clean your ring using warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals and remove your ring during heavy work, exercise, or activities that may cause impact or scratch the surface of the metal.
Most engagement rings can be resized up or down. ATTIC offers one complimentary resizing within the first six months for engagement rings and within 30 days for wedding and stacking bands.
ATTIC works with a wide range of natural diamond shapes and cuts, including round oval, pear, emerald, marquise, cushion, brilliant-cut, rose cut, portrait cut, and antique cuts such as Old Mine. Availability varies depending on the stone.
Many wedding bands and some engagement rings can be engraved. Options include laser engraving for clean precision or hand engraving for a more decorative, traditional look.
All ATTIC jewellery is handcrafted at our Toronto studio and in collaboration with the city’s best craftspeople.
ATTIC uses recycled gold in many collection pieces whenever possible. We also reclaim and recycle all gold dust and scrap created during manufacturing. While not every piece can be made from recycled gold, it remains a priority, and we work with a trusted refining partner to keep more gold circulating within the supply chain.
