Stone Size

We love transforming natural diamonds 0.50ct and larger into one-of-a-kind designs. Small accent stones cannot be reset, but every main diamond is handled with meticulous care to preserve its character, sparkle, and story.

Appraisals & Photography

To honor your diamond’s journey, we arrange professional appraisals before and after it leaves its original setting with our trusted third-party appraiser. Each original piece is photographed in our studio, along with the finished design, capturing the diamond’s transformation from cherished heirloom to future heirloom.

Heirloom Fee

Every heirloom project is as unique as the stone itself. In addition to your custom setting, a Heirloom Resetting Fee applies. Our service starts at $700 for diamonds 0.50–1.00ct, and we provide an exact quote once we know your diamond’s size, plus the cost of the design. 

Warranty & Care

Heirloom diamonds are crafted with care by our team of highly skilled goldsmiths. Since the gemstones were not originally sourced by us, heirloom projects are not included in our standard one-year warranty. That said, every piece is made with the same attention and expertise we give to all our custom creations.

Gold Recycling

While we cannot reuse your existing gold in the new design, we can recycle it and apply a credit toward your new jewellery -  a thoughtful and sustainable way to honour your original piece.

Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend insuring your heirloom diamond while it is with us and after it returns home. For a quick and trusted quote, we suggest Jewelers Mutual, a specialist in fine jewellery coverage.

Pickup & Shipping

Once your heirloom has been transformed, it can be collected in person. Payment is due on or before delivery. 

Canadian and International shipping is not available for these projects at this time.
