CUSTOM/BESPOKE JEWELLERY DESIGN
Design something entirely unique or reinterpret heirloom stones with a fully tailored process. No matter the path, custom is custom - the experience is simple, guided, and personalized to you.
Phase 1
EXPLORATION
A relaxed one-on-one consultation (in-person or virtual). Share your inspiration, design goals, and preferences. Explore curated design styles, gemstones, and materials. For in-person clients, you can experience select pieces and materials firsthand.
Phase 2
INITIAL CONCEPTS
Within 1–2 weeks of your consultation, you’ll receive guidance tailored to your chosen path:
Fully Custom / Bespoke: A Design Package with 1–3 top-view line drawings and a detailed project estimate, giving you a visual guide to your piece and an understanding of the overall design before production. Please note: due to fluctuating gold prices, bespoke estimates are valid for 7 days, and final pricing will be confirmed upon approval of the final design.
Signature Ring Settings: A detailed project estimate based on your selected setting and stones, without sketches, since your design follows our signature framework. Estimates are valid for 30 days, with final pricing confirmed upon final design approval.
Final pricing may vary as the design is refined.
Phase 3
GEMSTONE SELECTION
We help you source the perfect natural diamond or gemstone from our curated collection of Unique Diamonds, Classic Canadian Diamonds, and Natural Sapphires. You may select up to three stones for a Gemstone Viewing Appointment (CAD $100, credited toward your final invoice). Additional sourcing or rounds may incur another CAD $100 fee.
Phase 4
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
A 50% deposit is required to begin creating your piece. For our Custom / Bespoke projects, a 3D rendering is provided for your approval. One round of refinements is included; additional adjustments are available if needed.
Phase 5
PRODUCTION
All designs are handcrafted in our Toronto studio over 6–10 weeks, with meticulous attention to detail. Each piece is made to be enduringly beautiful and meaningful.
Phase 6
DELIVERY
Pick up your piece at our Toronto studio or receive it via insured delivery. The remaining balance is due before release. Every piece undergoes a rigorous final inspection for quality and craftsmanship.
Phase 7
AFTERCARE + LONGEVITY
Your jewellery is a future heirloom. We recommend annual inspections and professional cleanings to preserve its beauty. Our team is always available for expert care and support.
